Since we only have a limited quantity, we will likely not be able to replace the item. We will issue a refund if the item arrives defective (broken, scratched, etc.). We will ask that you provide a pitcure so we can make improvements or hold the carrier accountable.

SHIPPING DATES
Orders placed between December 1st and December 18th will be shipped on December 19th to arrive before Christmas Day. Orders placed after December 18th will be shipped with 48 hours of order.
